When ordering on our website, you will have the choice between several modes of delivery:
UPS Standard: delivery between 24 and 48h in France and in the bordering countries. Delivery in 4 to 7 working days for example for the United States or Asia.
Standard Delivery: Delivery between 3 to 5 working days via Colissimo.
Custom duties are a fee placed on gifts or goods sent to the UK from outside the EU. This only becomes payable if your order is over £135. The courier will pay this to HMRC on your behalf but you will likely have to pay this back when receiving your purchase. Customers ordering from the UK or the USA are responsible for the payment of local taxes and duties when importing the products to their respective countries.
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method, the country, and the weight of your package.
Orders will be shipped by default to the shipping address indicated during the ordering process. However, you can leave us a message to provide more details or change the delivery address. You also have the possibility to deliver to your place of work. Simply indicate your residential address as your billing address and put your work address for delivery.
Orders are usually shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3 p.m. on working days (Monday to Friday). We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will naturally be processed on Monday. Similarly, orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
At the time of ordering, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time and price depending on the country, the carrier, and the weight of the package. It will also be possible to contact us via e-mail or the form on our website to request the delivery charges and an estimate of the delivery time. We will be very happy to check for you the estimates with our transport carriers.
The customer will be automatically informed by email when the package is shipped through our website and again by our carrier confirming the delivery time and tracking number.
Packages will be given to customers against signature and delivery will be preceded by verbal notification and/or SMS or by email.
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left to the customer, in order to allow him either to pick up his parcel in his post office/delivery point or to reschedule a delivery, according to the availability of the deliveryman.
You will be informed of an estimated delivery date after the shipment is handed over to our carrier.
You have the possibility to contact us or the carrier directly to change the delivery or to give details about the address.
You also have the option to refuse the package if you have changed your mind. The package will then be automatically returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.
