The iCool MediCube is the product of choice to keep your medications organized and portable. The iCool MediCube is big enough to transport all your medications between 2 to 8°C for 36 hours. The cavity size is 6cm (width) x 18cm (length) x 14cm (height).
The iCool MediCube includes refreezable gel packs and will give you years of service.

How we test our products
The iCool bags are tested at an ambient temperature of 24,2°C, which is the temperature found in airplanes. At this ambient temperature, they will keep your medication between 2 and 8°C for 12, 24 or 36 hours, depending on the model chosen. Please note that if you are using the iCool bags at a higher ambient temperature than 24,2°C, they will not last as long as announced.
The iCool isothermal bags – new freedom for patients
A few years ago, MedActiv started developing solutions for the transport of fragile medications so that those suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, polyarthritis or multiple sclerosis could travel with their medication. Two brothers in France started the business after their medication was frozen in a hotel by accident. There are millions of people worldwide who are prisoners of their medication. MedActiv has become their partner with solutions that help them to travel while knowing that their medication is kept at exactly the right temperature.
The MedActiv solutions are numerous and range from the simple isothermic bag to solutions for the pharmaceutical industry to transport fragile compounds. For people that are using Anti-TNF medications for polyarthritis or any other fragile medication, MedActiv has developed the iCool range of bags that keep medication between 2 and 8°C for 12, 24 or 36 hours.
A simple innovation that radically changes the performance of a product
The iCool bags are padded with isolating materials in which are placed frozen gel packs. The MedActiv Gel Pack is made with a specially formulated polymer that stays frozen twice as long as a traditional pack and that does not “sweat” while unfreezing. This innovation, while appearing minor, allow MedActiv to keep the medication between 2 and 8 °C for up to 36 hours, which is a record for this kind of bag.
The iCool bags are discreet and elegant and allow the users to make long plane trips in complete security. For the new generations of iCool bags, a team of engineers worked with a team of patients to rethink traditional solutions for the transport of fragile medication. “As a daily user of thermo sensitive medications, I was systematically disappointed by the many products I bought through the traditional networks. It was for me obvious that the people who designed the bags were not themselves users of medication and did not understand my constraints. So we went back to the drawing board and redesigned the bags so that they would be perfect for us. The iCool bags are designed by patients for patients,” says Dr Diegel, one of the two brothers who founded MedActiv.

Je l'utilise depuis 2014 pour de l'humira lors de mes voyages en
J'ai acheté ce produit en 2014 et je peux dire que j'en suis vraiment content. J'ai beaucoup voyagé en avion avec et je n'ai jamais rencontré aucun problème. Je prends toujours 4 pains de gel réfrigérés, c'est un peu lourd mais on trouve toujours même au bout du monde un congélateur ou mettre 2 à refroidir. La sacoche est résistante et le rapport qualité/prix très bon. Je n'ai rien trouvé de mieux pour la durée (36 heures).

Je recommande !
Je l’ai acheté pour mon voyage en Australie suite à un échange au téléphone avec Lily, qui est d’un professionnalisme hors pair et m’a été d’une très grande aide. Je vous recommande ce sac si vous aussi vous devez faire un long voyage dans un vol long-courrier et que vous souffrez d’une maladie chronique qui nécessite de garder les médicaments au frais. Pour ma part, même avec une escale de plusieurs heures à Dubaï, mes médicaments étaient en parfait état !
